Metalu Plast certified ISO 9001
In 2023 Metalu Plast set a goal of achieving ISO 9001 certification in less than a year. The very good news is that the objective has now been officially reached ! That’s great, but what’s the purpose? The first thing you need to know is that ISO 9001 is an international standard that defines the requirements for implementing a quality management system (QMS) in organisations. It aims to improve customer satisfaction and process performance. It applies to all sectors of activity and all organisations: public, private, service or industrial.
The ISO 9001 standard will increase the confidence of our customers and partners, as it is a guarantee of the quality of our products and services. This standard is also proof that Metalu Plast is constantly trying to improve its internal processes, and to limit its waste of resources and energy.
