Metalu Plast certified ISO 9001
The African Cup of Nations started ! It will take place from Saturday 13 January to Sunday 11 February 2024 in Côte d’Ivoire. The programme features 24 teams made up of the best African players, including : Mohamed Salah (joueur de la sélection Égyptienne et de Liverpool), Achraf Hakimi (joueur de la sélection marocaine et du PSG) ou Victor Osimhen (joueur de la sélection Nigériane et du Napoli).
Côte d’Ivoire has invested in its sports infrastructure, in particular in the 6 stadiums where the matches will take place : Abidjan, Ebimpé, Yamoussoukro, San-pedro, Korhogo et Bouaké. It was in this context that Metalu Plast was approached to equip all the stadiums with high-end team shelters. A total of 30 team shelters were made for the competition : 2 team shelters with 23 places and 3 team shelters with 4 places for each stadium. The shelters were delivered throughout 2023, and some of them were used in a practical test during the CAF Women’s Champions League last November.
After the World Cup in Russia in 2018, the CAN in 2021 and the Club World Cup in 2022, this is another great reference that we are proud to add to our list of major sporting events equipped. The competition will be shown in its entirety on the beIn Sport group channels, giving you the chance to watch the greatest players in our team shelters !
