What is a multisports playground?

A multisports playground is a closed outdoor structure enabling a wide range of sports activities in a secure and playful environment: football, handball, basketball, tennis, volleyball, badminton…

How to customize a multisports playground ?

Choose the aesthetic characteristics of your playground from all the colors available in our color chart, and configure the most suitable goals and pediments for your project.

Metalu Plast also offers complementary modules to make your playground even more personalized and appropriate for your project:

• PRM passage for people with reduced mobility

• Brazilian goals on the sides of the field

• “Sit-Stand” benches to enhance comfort of the audience outdoor

• Roof nets and ball-stops to play in a more secured environment

To make your playground more adaptable, we can suggest volleyball, badminton or tennis nets with a specific capstan tensioning system. Basketball goals oriented to the outside of the playground allow more people to join the game.

These multisports playgrounds are installed either in direct sealing or on plate, depending on your project.

How to maintain a multisports playground ?

The thermosetting powders used for the plastic-coating of our playgrounds require maintenance, like any other organic materials, in order to keep the shiny aspect and to ensure their durability.

Maintaining a multisports playground is the only way to ensure its long lifecycle. We recommend to clean them once a year whatever the location of the playground is and twice a year if placed in maritime, industrial, or urban environments.

You can also quickly clean your multisports installations if areas next to the playground have been subject to snow-clearance salt projections, fertilisers spraying or digging activities.

In order to properly clean your multisports playgrounds, proceed to these three easy steps :

• Wash with clean water or with dishwashing liquid or with 5% diluted bleach

• Dry with an absorbing and soft cloth

• Rinse with clean water
